Use of This Website
This website provides information about our assisted living community in Zephyrhills, Florida. Content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. This website and our SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Inquiries, Tours, and Assessments
Submitting a form, scheduling a tour, or completing an online assessment does not create a residency agreement or guarantee availability. Residency at Serenity Pointe is subject to a separate written residency agreement, applicable licensing requirements, and an assessment of care needs.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Tampa Bay Assisted Living LLC (Serenity Pointe), including tour confirmations, appointment reminders, informational messages, and occasional promotional updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
